Abstract An automatic ball balancer (ABB) is a device that used to automatically balance eccentric rotors. The main principle of working such based on the self-synchronization phenomenon. It typically in rotary machines with unknown or variable imbalances. balancing process requires an ABB unit be installed rotor axis; thus, its application very limited and usually comes redesign machine. This paper presents new method eliminate vibration by use multiple ABBs mounted away from axis. ABB, unlike commonly vibrator fixed eccentricity, has ability adjust eccentricity during operation. That allows achieve dynamic equilibrium only two ABBs. article introduces theoretical bases steady state machine system multi proves existence also contains optimization results up five objective function was defined as minimize size smaller us significantly extend range their application.
